“I am a below the knee amputee...”
Here’s my story in a nutshell. I am a below-the-knee amputee, a motivational speaker, the C.O.O. of Regenerative Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, a former professional chef, and an avid gardener. I grew up the youngest of eight and have faced and overcome many challenges in life. By the time I was thirty-three, I had lost my grandparents, parents, and two siblings and then rolled into twenty-one foot/ankle surgeries ending with an amputation on December 1, 2016. In a little over one year after being fitted with my prosthesis, I was walking, running, swimming, and running a 5K. In January 2020, I was diagnosed with dysautonomia P.O.T.S., Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. And in May 2020, I managed the hospice care of my oldest brother, who passed away suddenly from pancreatic cancer. I have no regrets; through it all, I have learned to love life more daily. I feel like I have crossed the river, and now I am wading back into the water to pull as many people across as I can. My goal is to give one person hope each day!

My Journey: What I have Learned In The Last 7 Years Without My Leg

My Mission Is To Inspire Purpose
I want to be a positive catalyst for change in people’s lives so they can recognize and embrace the power of POSITIVITY to help others to navigate through life’s challenges so they can, Smile, Live Life, Love Life and thrive.
When we fight through adversity or even the challenges of each day, with enough effort and a positive attitude, we will succeed. Once we succeed we build. Once we build, we elevate ourselves. Just one more step. Never give up and always believe. The first step in the journey is always the hardest. Take that step to fight, grow, succeed and elevate yourself. I can promise you, it is worth it.
